- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 23, 2019, by LMJCUTSI love my floors but I have called at least 5 times to have some issues with my floors resolved and I am told a installer will contact me to fix my problems but I still have not had any resolution I call 1 time every week without any solution I will remove my negative review as soon as my problem is solved the floor is amazing the issues are from the installation
