  Having managed equipment rental companies in the past I know and understand what it takes to satisfy customers in this industry. I had to rent a couple pieces of equipment to remodel my house and with the level of professionalism along with great customer service that was displayed during my rental experience I would have no problem using Equipment & Event Rental again. The staff is well trained and knowledgable on the products/equipment they are selling. They also have a large variety of new equipment that is properly maintained with a clean look. The employees helped me load the equipment along with giving me a rundown on how the equipment works. Good management, proper training, and overall experience!
